Hallmark Is Premiering 40 All-New Christmas Movies in 2021—Here’s What We Know So Far

I know the leaves are barely turning, but it feels like my favorite time of year is already here. Yes, I know the Starbucks fall menu is still in full swing, but Christmas is just around the corner, and I’m ready to toss aside my PSL for a creamy hot chocolate.

To make this season even sweeter, the Hallmark Channel just announced the first part of its Christmas schedule! You can count down to the big day with 41 new movies, starting on October 22. The whole list hasn’t been released quite yet, but everything we know is below.

All the Hallmark Christmas Movies Premiering This Year

Stock up on your holiday treats—you’re gonna need ’em. The new movies come out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown to Christmas” at 8 p.m. ET/ PT, with Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ “Miracles of Christmas” following at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Saturday nights. And yes, all your favorite stars like Candace Cameron Bure, Lacey Chabert, Danica McKellar and Tamera Mowry-Housley will make an appearance.

1. You, Me & the Christmas Tree

Premieres: Friday, October 22 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Danica McKellar, Benjamin Ayres and Jason Hervey
Description: Olivia (McKellar) is Connecticut’s resident expert on evergreens who agrees to help Jack (Ayres), a fourth-generation Christmas tree farmer after a mysterious illness strikes their firs. As Olivia tries to get to the root of the problem and extends her stay in town, a budding romance develops between them.

2. Boyfriends of Christmas Past

Premieres: Saturday, October 23 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Catherine Haena Kim, Raymond Aback and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee
Description: With the holidays on the way, marketing exec Lauren (Kim) is visited by the ghosts of four ex-boyfriends—who make her realize the true meaning of the season.

3. Christmas In My Heart

Premieres: Saturday, October 23 on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries at 10pm/9c
Starring: Heather Hemmens, Luke Macfarlane and Sheryl Lee Ralph
Description: Concert violinist Beth (Hemmens) is hired to tutor the daughter of reclusive country star Sean (Macfarlane), but learns that he’s the one who really needs to learn about music and matters of the heart.

4. The Santa Stakeout

Premieres: Sunday, October 24 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Tamera Mowry-Housley, Paul Campbell and Joe Pantoliano
Description: Police detectives Tanya (Mowry-Houseley) and Ryan (Campbell) team up and pose as a married couple to solve a string of mysterious heists—and learn their case might not be the only unresolved thing around.

5. Christmas in Harmony

Premieres: Friday, October 29 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Ashleigh Murray, Luke James, Loretta Devine, Michelle Williams and Basil Wallace
Description: Harmony (Murray) finds herself performing for the Harmony Chorus, a show directed by her ex-boyfriend. Will their musical bond rekindle the flame over the holidays?

6. Coyote Creek Christmas

Premieres: Saturday, October 30 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Janel Parrish and Ryan Paevey
Description: A “Christmas Around the World” gives two people returning to their hometown the greatest gift of all—a shot at love.

Starring: Torrey DeVitto, Dylan Bruce, Patrick Duffy and Greyston Holt
Description: Nicole (DeVitto) has just lost the love of her life, and is now faced with an impossible task—renovating the home that was meant for her and late fiancee.

Description: Liz (Sackhoff) returns home for Christmas to care for her estranged father, but is determined to make the most of it for her daughter.

9. Gingerbread Miracle

Starring: Merritt Patterson, Jon Ecker
Description: Two friends from high school reunite to sell his uncle’s Mexican bakery, known for its famous gingerbread cookies that grant wishes—and end up wondering what they’re really wishing for.

Starring: Lyndsy Fonseca, Chandler Massey, Lea Thompson and Christopher Lloyd
Description: On her train ride home from Christmas, Angie (Fonseca) wonders what life would be like if she’d stayed with her ex-boyfriend, now a famous sportscaster. Upon arrival, she finds herself at Christmas 10 years in the past—and still with her dream guy.

11. Debbie Macomber’s A Mrs. Christmas Miracle

Description: A struggling family receives a visit from Mrs. Miracle, who is determined to give them a Christmas to remember.

Description: After finding a 100-year old time capsule and meeting a charming chef,  Lou (Sparks) begins to question if she’s ready to take the leap to move to New York for her career.

Starring: Alison Sweeney, Erica Durance and Brennan Elliott
Description: Nicky (Sweeney) finds an unopened Christmas card from a high school secret admirer and sets off on a mission with her best friend Simone (Durance) to untangle this holiday mystery.

14. My Christmas Family Tree

Premieres: Saturday, November 13 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Aimee Teegarden, Andrew Walker and James Tupper
Description: When Vanessa (Teegarden) finds a family she didn’t know existed from a DNA test, she travels to visit them to make up for the Christmases she never had.

Starring: Peter Gallagher, Bruce Campbell, Eloise Mumford and Brett Dalton
Description: Music managers Jason (Dalton) and Quinn (Mumford) struggle to put aside their personal history while overseeing the televised music reunion of their aging rockstar dads (Gallagher and Campbell), who have their own turbulent past to contend with.

16. A Holiday in Harlem

Premieres: Sunday, November 14 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Olivia Washington, Will Adams and Tina Lifford
Description: When her grandmother Mama Belle (Lifford) expects her to show up for Christmas, jetsetting executive Jazmin (Washington) can’t say no. But when Mama Belle is injured, Jazmin decides to stay a little longer in Harlem—and reconnects with old friend Caleb (Adams) in the process.

17. Nantucket Noel

Premieres: Friday, November 19 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Trevor Donavon and Sarah Power
Description: Christina (Power) is devasted to learn of plans to tear down the wharf that houses her toy store during the Seaside Noel celebrations, but finds things becoming a little more complicated when she falls for the developer’s son Andy (Donavon).

18. A Christmas Together With You

Premieres: Saturday, November 20 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Harry Lennix, Laura Vandervoort and Niall Matter 
Description: Megan (Vandervoort) just wants to help her father-figure Frank (Lennix) find the love of his life again, but as they embark on a road trip to search for her, she ends up finding her own.

19. Five More Minutes

Starring: Nikki DeLoach and David Haydn-Jones
Description: In this movie that pays homage to Scotty McCreery’s song “Five More Minutes”, a woman’s discovery of her late grandfather’s journal leads to the answer to her Christmas wish…in an unexpected way.

20. A Kiss Before Christmas

Premieres: Sunday, November 21 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: James Denton, Teri Hatcher and Marilu Henner
Description: Real estate developer Ethan (Denton) laments the road his life has taken him on and wishes he’d taken a different course. His casual wish meets some Christmas magic and he wakes up in the life he thinks he wanted—and when he realizes it isn’t he has only until Christmas Day to convince the wife who no longer knows him that they belong together.

21. The Nine Kittens of Christmas

Premieres: Thursday, November 25 on Hallmark Channel at 8pm/7c
Starring: Brandon Routh, Kimberley Sustad and Gregory Harrison
Description: Cat lovers Zachary (Routh) and Marilee (Sustad) pair up to find a home for a litter of cute kittens, and find that they might just make the purr-fect team.

Starring: Marisol Nichols and Paul Greene
Description: The CEO of a small toy company (Nichols) receives a once in a lifetime offer to merge with a toy megacorporation, but needs her estranged ex-business partner (Greene) to sign on the dotted line.

Description: A writer (Hynes) and his ex-girlfriend (Lenz) decide to pose as a couple, but Christmas magic has its own plans.

Starring: Taylor Cole and Carlo Marks
Description: A generational holiday decorating feud blooms into a modern-day Romeo and Juliet style romance over the town’s holiday decorating contest—with a happy ending.

Starring: Lacey Chabert and Stuart Townsend

Starring: Rachael Leigh Cook, Travis Van Winkle and Karen Malina White
Description: Merry (Cook) heads off to snowy Vermont over the holidays looking for a new perspective for her book on relationships, and finds more than she was hoping for in the form of cheery aid worker Chris (Van Winkle).

The first Hallmark movies just dropped, and we’ve already broken out our favorite holiday foods. Maybe you want to whip up your state’s Christmas recipe, or grab a bottle of Hallmark wine to accompany your movie-watching adventures. How to Watch the Movies If You Don’t Have Cable

While some of us keep cable specifically to watch our beloved Hallmark Christmas movies, many have transitioned away—or maybe you simply don’t get Hallmark with your package.
