How to Make Peach Frozen Yogurt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups (16 ounces) vanilla yogurt
Step 1: Blend Your Peaches
First, throw your peaches into a blender. Cover and process until pureed, then set aside for later.

Step 4: Finish It Off
Remove the dish from the freezer and cut your partially set fro-yo into pieces. Place the pieces in a large bowl and beat on medium speed with a hand mixer until smooth. Transfer the frozen yogurt to a freezer container and freeze until firm.
