A late-night snack attach calls for something spicy, and Frito-Lay knows just what we all need. We thought we couldn’t ask for more after the permanent return of Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle Lay’s and Costco’s snackable Flamin’ Hot variety packs, but now, Frito-Lay is upping the ante.
FIVE new jalapeno-inspired flavors are hitting shelves, and they’re all we need when it comes to midnight snacking!
Warm up Snack Time with These New Flavors
Whether you’re a sucker for Cheetos or lean more toward crunchy Lay’s, there’s a fiery flavor for you. Enjoy the savory bite of jalapeno in every bag, infused with classic cheddar, white cheddar or lime, depending on your selection. Here’s everything to look out for during your next grocery store run:
- Cheddar Jalapeno Lay’s
- Creamy Jalapeno Lay’s Poppables
- Lime and Jalapeno Ruffles
- Crunchy White Cheddar Jalapeno Simply Cheetos
- Red Rock Deli Fire-Roasted Jalapeno Chips
We had the privilege of trying the Cheddar Jalapeno Lay’s (along with some other flavors) a little early, and trust us when we say you won’t be putting the bag down. They’re cheesy with a hint of spice that kept us craving more. If the rest of the flavors are half as good as Cheddar Jalapeno, you can bet we won’t be leaving the snack aisle until we’ve bagged all of these munchies.
When and Where to Snag a Bag
The new flavors should all be in stock by March 2, which is Texas Independence Day, to celebrate all things Southwestern and spicy. Look for the chips at major retailers, like Walmart and Target, for around $3 a bag. If you’re partial to the classic crunch of kettle chips, you can get your hands on a bag of Miss Vickie’s Jalapeno chips, too.
There’s no better way to get your fill of all things spicy! Give all these flavors a try before they disappear for good.
