Dunkin’ JUST Rolled Out 2 Coffee-Flavored Cereals Loaded with Caffeine

I'll take a bowl of Caramel Macchiato, please.

Dunkin’ is kicking breakfast up a notch with two brand-new cereals: Caramel Macchiato and Mocha Latte. The best part? Both cereals are caffeinated, so you can get that morning pick-me-up while enjoying the first meal of the day.

Why Is Dunkin’ Making Cereal?

No idea! But we’re glad it’s happening. The two cereals were inspired by Dunkin’ fans’ two favorite coffee drinks: Caramel Macchiato and Mocha Latte. The Caramel Macchiato cereal, which is in a Dunkin’ orange-colored box, features crunchy cereal pieces and caramel-swirled marshmallows, recreating the sweet taste of the fan-favorite iced coffee. The Mocha Latte cereal, which is a Dunkin’ pink-colored box, is made with chocolaty cereal and latte-flavored marshmallows in honor of its namesake espresso drink.

Here’s the official announcement from Dunkin’:

Yes, both cereals contain caffeine, but it’s not a crazy amount. Each cereal has about 1/10 the caffeine of a cup of coffee, so you’ll still need a cup of real coffee for your caffeine boost. (By the way—check out how much caffeine is in your coffee.)

Where to Find Dunkin’s New Cereal

Here’s some good news! You won’t have to wait too long before you can pour a bowl of this breakfast cereal. The Dunkin’ cereals are expected to roll out to supermarkets nationwide in August and retail for about $4.29 a box. Before you storm the store searching the shelves, you can check product availability on the Dunkin’ Cereal website. We’re hoping for Dunkin’ doughnut-flavored cereals next!
