Driscoll’s rosé strawberries and raspberries are a limited-edition summer treasure that have a lovely light pink hue. We first saw the berries in 2019—and now they’re back for summer 2022.
What Do Rosé Berries Taste Like?
Driscoll’s rosé strawberries pop with a sweet-tart flavor that offers peach and pineapple aromas. If you like your strawberries on the juicy side, pour yourself a glass of these guys!
If rosé raspberries are more your style, these blushing berries showcase the colors of a sunrise—peach, rose, orange and yellow. And don’t expect the taste of a standard raspberry. These fruits deliver notes of peach, banana and other tropical flavors. You can even use them in berry recipes for a fun twist!
The rosé berries aren’t as red as traditional berries, but that doesn’t mean either of them are unripe. A natural mutation removes the presence of anthocyanin, which is what gives regular berries their red color. Driscoll’s says that they also have a shorter shelf life because they’re softer and more tender than regular raspberries and strawberries, so don’t feel guilty about gobbling them up quickly.

Where Can I Get ‘Em?
Your local grocery store likely carries the rosé berries. Driscoll’s website lists national chains such as Costco, Whole Foods and Target, as well as more local chains like Lunds & Byerly’s, Fred Meyer, Safeway, Vons and Wegmans.
