How to Order a Jack and Jill Sundae from the Dairy Queen Secret Menu
Seems like the '60s are making a comeback!
Did you know the first Dairy Queen was opened in my home state of Illinois back in 1940? Yeah, they’ve been around for almost 100 years. While the original stands along old Route 66 (and no longer serves customers), most of us still have the privilege of enjoying delicious soft serve whenever we want. DQ’s red-hot Red Velvet Blizzard is clearly the best of the bunch!
Back in the ’60s, the Dairy Queen Jack and Jill Sundae was a classic on the menu. Now, you can order it as a secret menu item.
How to Order a Jack and Jill Sundae
We heard about this splendid sundae from TikTok user @dqshelbytwpmi. She recently had a customer ask for the Jack and Jill sundae, and while this employee has been working there for 10 years, she hadn’t heard of it. Lucky for her, it was pretty simple to make!

To order a Jack and Jill Sundae, ask for a hot fudge sundae with hot fudge on one side and marshmallow on the other. It’s so satisfying to watch them drizzle the sweet extras on top of the vanilla soft serve. Like two dessert waterfalls! I’ll definitely be stopping by DQ to order one for myself.
What Else Is on DQ’s Secret Menu?
Some people think the Dairy Queen secret menu is a myth, but as long as you know the recipe, anything is possible. We recommend ordering a Butterbeer Blizzard if you haven’t already. Vanilla ice cream, butterscotch and Butterfinger, at your service! Not your style? Try a Double Fudge Frozen Hot Chocolate. There’s no such thing as too much chocolate.
But my absolute favorite is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Blizzard. Simply order a Snickerdoodle Blizzard and add in some pie chips. I know this might not be available all the time, but if it is, you have to try it! The cereal lover in you will be eternally grateful.
