Costco Is Selling 7-Pound Tubs of Nutella

Costco is the one-stop shop when it comes to buying in bulk, and they've done it again with everyone's favorite hazelnut spread, Nutella. Fans rejoice, Costco is now selling a 6.6 pound bucket of Nutella in-store and online.

It’s a proven fact that almost everyone you meet has a secret Nutella obsession. Alright, maybe not everyone, but those of us who love Nutella tend to really love Nutella. Costco is making the dreams of those lucky lovers of the hazelnut spread come true with a whopping 7-pound tub of Nutella. Okay, it’s actually 6.6 pounds of Nutella, but if that can’t curb your craving, we’re not sure what will.

Here’s the Rundown

Technically, this bucket of Nutella is intended for food service, but it’s available for a casual consumer, too. This enormous tub contains 105.6 ounces of pure, sugary goodness, but numbers are numbers. How does that stack up to the standard size? To give you some context, the standard tub of Nutella is only 33.5 ounces which makes the all-new size more than 3 times bigger. Hungry yet? The industrial size also contains around 16,000 calories or 81 servings, so try not to eat it all in one day.

It’s finally the new year and hazelnut M&M’s are coming! Find out when you can grab some.

Here’s What It’ll Cost You

You can nab this nutty spread at a pretty reasonable price. Costco is charging $21.99 in-store. If you’re not too keen about getting a Costco membership or just taking off your pajamas to go to the store, worry not! You can order this guilty pleasure right from your couch for the same price but with an additional $3 for shipping and handling. We don’t think that’s a bad deal for the convenience.

So besides hazelnut, what exactly is Nutella? This Reddit user did the dirty work for you.

And Here’s What You Can Do With It!

If you’d rather spoon this whole tub into your mouth while watching a rom-com, we definitely won’t judge you, but if you’d prefer to use the spread to make some yummy hazelnutty creations at home, we’re here to help! We’ve got all the best Nutella-based recipes right here for you to give a gander. We can’t promise anything, but we’re willing to bet you could make all of these recipes from Nutella-stuffed strawberries to Nutella hot chocolate (um, yum!) with this new tub. (If you buy one for baking and one for indulging, we won’t tell anyone.)
