The Cheesecake Factory Is FINALLY Launching a Loyalty Program

I need to add "sign up for Cheesecake Factory rewards" to my to-do list ASAP.

As a customer, there are many, many good things about dining at The Cheesecake Factory. From its enormous menu to meal deals and, yes, the cheesecake, this chain has a lot of things going for it. The only thing missing was a Cheesecake Factory loyalty program.

Now, we’re hearing news about potential Cheesecake Factory rewards! The details are scarce right now, but here’s what we know so far.

What’s All Part of The Cheesecake Factory Loyalty Program?

The Cheesecake Factory’s new loyalty program comes after testing out different marketing approaches during the pandemic. While a company spokesperson explained that research has been done to create a rewards program for Cheesecake Factory customers, the details of that program have yet to be shared.

It’s hard to know exactly what to anticipate. But many programs, like Starbucks Rewards, let customers build up points with their purchases, in dollars spent or by item. Usually, customers are then able to earn free products or services when they reach a certain number of points. Sometimes, there are discounts, exclusive sales and free birthday treats thrown in there, too.

We can only hope free cheesecake is involved!

When Will the Rewards Start?

The Cheesecake Factory loyalty program is scheduled to launch in 2022. It’s not soon enough, we know. Even though there’s a lot we don’t know yet, the possibility of free cheesecake is too exciting!

There are plenty of ways to bide your time while still enjoying eats from The Cheesecake Factory. If you’re in the mood for bistro shrimp pasta, make one of the official Cheesecake Factory recipes at home. And if you’re not in the mood to bake, go ahead and pick up a whole Cheesecake Factory cheesecake.
