Two words: Caraway. Minis. That’s right, the beloved ceramic cookware brand just launched a Caraway mini duo featuring a pared-down fry pan and sauce pan.

What are Caraway minis?
The Caraway mini cookware duo boasts all the wonderful qualities of their regular-sized counterparts, just slightly smaller. Coming in at 8-inches, the mini fry pan is only 2.5-inches smaller than the regular size, and it holds 1.05-quarts compared to the full size pan’s 2.7-quarts. The mini sauce pan is 7-inches and holds 1.75-quarts, which is slightly smaller than the 8-inch regular sauce pan that holds 3-quarts. (Speaking of small, have you seen the adorable Our Place minis?!)
The slightly smaller duo is perfect for cooking up single portions. As someone who often cooks for just one or two people, I appreciate smaller cookware sizes because they keep me from having loads of leftovers. Better yet, a compact fry pan is ideal for cracking eggs, toasting bread and other cooking tasks that don’t require a lot of space. Talk about less cleaning!
The only hard part is choosing the colorway that fits your kitchen aesthetic. Cream is our favorite, but you can also pick up the minis in navy, perracotta, marigold, sage, gray, white and black.
Though the miniature fry pan and sauce pan are beautiful additions to Caraway’s regular cookware, what we really love is their compact size and non-toxic ceramic coating. Similar to the internet famous Our Place Pan or GreenPan, Caraway cookware is nonstick so food glides right off the surface.
Last but certainly not least, ceramic cookware is a breeze to clean. Food particles rinse off with water and minimal elbow grease. Just be mindful of cooking on high heat or else the ceramic coating can deteriorate over time.

Convenient and oh-so compact, the 8-inch mini fry pan is perfect for whipping up eggs or cooking single portion meals. I had the joy of cooking with the pan and it’s an impressive upgrade to my previous nonstick pans. The non-toxic ceramic coating is no joke. I’m very careful about cooking on medium to low heat, which is recommended for protecting the ceramic coating. Food still glides off with ease even after several weeks of cooking with the nonstick pan. I no longer have to scrub egg residue off my pan for minutes straight. Success!
Mini Sauce Pan
Whether you’re cooking pasta for one or whipping up a special sauce, the 1.75-quart mini sauce pan has your back. There’s nothing “little” about this sauce pan, either. Though it’s on the smaller side, it’s incredibly versatile. I heat up soup, make homemade pasta sauce and cook rice in the saucepan and I’m always impressed with how much it holds. Just like all of Caraway’s offerings, the ceramic coating makes for a luxurious clean up. One swipe of soap and water is enough to tackle food particles with this mighty cookware item.
