Ingredients
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Yields 24 brownies
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the goods
Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and nuts. Set aside. In another bowl, thoroughly combine the oil, eggs and vanilla. Gently add to dry ingredients with the help of a rubber spatula.
