Bread Machine Crusts
Breads & Rolls
The crispness of bread machine crusts varies depending on the manufacturer. You may want to try a lighter crust setting if your machine has that option. It’s also helpful to remove the loaf from the machine as soon as the baking cycle is complete. If it’s still too crusty, brush the loaf with melted butter while it’s warm for a softer texture.
