We love summer. Who doesn’t? If there’s bright sun and a blue sky, then nothing is better than kicking back with a cold drink on the patio. And when it comes to flavors, it’s all about the pineapple and coconut right now. You can’t have a summer drink without them. That’s a fact!

Have you found yourself tired of run-of-the-mill tropical cocktails? Are you willing to shake things up a bit? Then we think you’re ready for this summer’s first TikTok trend: boozy gummy bears.

This isn’t a brand-new concept, but we’re used to seeing boozy gummy bears soaked in vodka. The tropical flavor of this version is definitely worth a try. It’s a fun way to liven up a summer get-together (for adults). Besides, who can bear to resist a colorful bowl of gummy bears?

We love this trend so much because it’s incredibly simple. All you need are two ingredients. For this particular recipe, we’re using Haribo Pineapple Gummy Bears and Malibu. Yum!

Boozy Gummy Bears Recipe

To start, grab a Mason jar and fill it with your gummy bears. Make sure to leave a bit of room at the top.

Next, pour your rum to the tippy-top so the gummy bears are covered. Seal the jar, leave it in your fridge for a week (or at least a few days) and take it out when you’re ready. The gummy bears should have definitely grown in size. All that’s left now is to enjoy!
