Biscoff Ice Cream Bars Are Finally Here—and They’re LOADED with Cookie Pieces

It's a dreamy combo of ice cream, cookie butter and chocolate.

The wait for Biscoff ice cream bars has felt a little like ordering a package and waiting for it to arrive, without a tracking number. Last year, the company said they’d be releasing the sweet treats in October, but it seems they were delayed. We kept checking our local grocery stores, to no avail. And now, at last, it seems our patience has paid off.

Yes, Biscoff Ice Cream Bars are finally here in the US. Read on for more about where to find the craveable treats.

What’s in the Heavenly Layers?

There’s literally nothing we don’t love in these bars, and even just looking at them makes our mouths water. They’re so beautiful, we’re getting emotional. Instagrammer @familyfooddude was one of the first to find them, and he said we all need them in our lives. Yeah, we agree with that!

Apparently, these bars start with cookie butter ice cream and Biscoff cookie bits on the inside, then a layer of cookie butter, then a chocolate shell with pieces of Biscoff cookies mixed in. Since we’re used to being able to eat Biscoffs somewhat exclusively on flights (and not even all the time, with certain menu changes), we’ll be so excited to pick these up.

Where Can I Find Them?

It looks like @familyfooddude found these at Walmart, although we’ve heard that in some states, they’re only available at Safeway or Albertsons. Regardless, now really isn’t a great time to be heading out to the grocery store for one thing. If you’re determined to go, add it to the list for your weekly trip.

Your best, most social distancing-friendly option is to wait for these to show up online somewhere. We’re not currently seeing them available at Walmart or Target, but just because they’re not there right now doesn’t mean they won’t show up in the future. Hey, we’ve waited this long for Biscoff ice cream bars—what’s another few weeks?

In the meantime, regular Biscoffs and Biscoff cookie butter might be available for delivery from your local Target, and so is the regular Biscoff ice cream. Plus, you can try a Krispy Kreme Lotus Biscoff donut. That should be enough to tide us over!
