We Tried the New Baileys S’mores and We’ll Be Sipping It All Fall

As long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with Baileys Irish Cream. When I was younger, I just wanted to get a sip of that delicious, smooth liquid that looked and smelled oh-so-chocolatey. When I finally got my hands on it as an adult, I wasn’t disappointed! The only thing better than regular Baileys is trying a new flavor.

After dropping Baileys Espresso Creme earlier this year, the brand just came out with a new flavor that’s perfect for the bonfire—Baileys S’mores!

What Is Baileys S’mores?

The latest flavor of the iconic Irish liqueur blends the original flavor with sweet toasted marshmallow and graham crackers, all finished off with smooth, rich chocolate. While you can drink it by itself or over ice, this flavor sounds perfect for pouring into hot chocolate or a strong Irish coffee.

Here’s What We Thought

First up, this is one of the cutest bottles I’ve seen. In terms of looks, this would make a great gift for the holiday season on appearances alone.

Moving on to taste, I tried the new Baileys with a couple of friends. One of us tried it with ice while the rest went without. The latest flavor is just as smooth as you’d expect, and it goes down incredibly easily. However, delicious as it is, it didn’t seem all that different from the regular version of Baileys. I definitely detected some notes of marshmallow and a hint of chocolate, but overall, it didn’t have the exact s’mores hit I was hoping for.

While I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to buy it over the regular version, I wouldn’t say no to it, either. This flavor might work better in a hot chocolate than by itself.
