A New Starbucks Coffee Creamer Is Coming in 2020—Can You Guess What It Is?

Who can say no to Starbucks coffee creamer?

When it comes to coffee, you can always rely on the Starbucks siren. Starbucks is always setting trends, whether it’s kicking off the holidays with this seasonal menu or staking their claim on Chicago with the world’s biggest roastery. If you’re anything like us, you can’t get enough of Starbucks.

Some days, though, you just don’t have time to pop in. The release of three Starbucks coffee creamers earlier this year helped us overcome our FOMO (fear of missing out), and they were such a hit that Starbucks decided to release one more. But they’re not going to tell us what flavor it is.

The Flavor Is Top Secret

Since it’ll be released after the holidays, you can guarantee it won’t be a Caramel Brulee or other holiday creamer. (But that’s a great idea for next year, right?)

That’s not where the story ends, though. Starbucks is challenging devoted fans to guess what the new creamer will be. There’s no $50,000 prize like the Mystery Oreo content (that flavor has been revealed), but you would get the chance to try the new Starbucks coffee creamer before anyone else.

All you have to do to enter is tweet your guess with the hashtags #StarbucksCreamerMysteryFlavor and #giveaway. If the other Starbucks coffee creamers are anything to go by—Caramel Macchiato, White Chocolate Mocha and Cinnamon Dolce—you can bet the newbie also appears somewhere on the current menu. Personally, we think it’s Mocha. What’s a coffee creamer lineup without a little chocolate?!

Starbucks scrapped this fan-favorite holiday latte this year.

Don’t Let Time Run Out!

The contest began on December 5 and runs all the way through December 11. You still have time to place your bets. If you’d rather just get your hands on the creamer, you’ll have to wait about a month or so—the new Starbucks coffee creamer doesn’t hit shelves until January. The good news, though, is that it’s a nationwide release, so your local retailer is bound to have it in stock.
