Neat Cutout Cookies
Here's a "neat" way to make cutout cookies. After your cookie dough is rolled out, place a piece of plastic wrap loosely over the dough. Use your cutter to cut out the cookies, pressing down on the plastic. Since the plastic wrap is between the dough and the cutter, the cutter stays clean. —Gayle Butler, Millbrook, Alabama
