Making an Omelet

Beat eggs, milk and any seasonings. Heat oil or butter in a 10-in. nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs; cook until partially set. Lift edges, letting uncooked egg flow underneath.

Allow the eggs to set, and then sprinkle your favorite filling ingredients (such as ham, chopped green pepper, chopped tomato, shredded cheese or mushrooms) over half of the omelet.

Fold omelet in half. Proceed as recipe directs.
