Leftover Onions

I love a slice of onion on my sandwiches but hate wasting the rest of the onion. I realized that many of my main dish recipes start with “chop and saute one onion”. Now I chop, saute and freeze any leftover onion so it’s ready to use in entrees. —Terry David, Villa Hills, Kentucky
