Ice Cream Floats for a Crowd
Ice cream floats can be an easy and fun make-ahead dessert for a large crowd. Prior to the event, place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into 8-ounce clear plastic drink cups. Set them on cookie sheets, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. At dessert time, pour root beer or orange soda over the ice cream and serve with straws and spoons.
