Egg Count
Record the number of eggs left in a carton on the carton’s lid with a marker. Adjust the number each time eggs are removed. This lets you know when you’re running low on eggs and saves you time from opening the carton to see if there are enough eggs on hand for a recipe. —Rebecca Yannitell, Marion, Ohio
