Easy Cheese Slices
To easily slice process cheese, cut a 12-inch piece of sewing thread and double it for strength. Wrap each end around your index fingers and, with your thumbs, press the string down through the cheese. There’s no sticking or cleaning. Just throw away the thread. —Lorine Schultz, San Antonio, Texas
