Dicing Bacon
When making bacon bits (for sprinkling over a salad, etc.), use your kitchen scissors to cut uncooked bacon into small pieces. Fry in a skillet, stirring often as the bacon cooks. Drain and pat dry on a paper towel. —Anna Mayer, Ft. Branch, Indiana
