Cooking Pork Tenderloin
Most recipes for pork tenderloin say to cook it for a specific length of time per pound. When cooking two 1-pound tenderloins side by side, you would not consider them as one 2-pound roast. Use the roasting time for a 1-pound tenderloin. As long as there is a little space between them in the roasting pan, it doesn’t matter if you roast one, two or three tenderloins at the same time.
