Bacon-Flavored Beans
I always save leftover bacon from breakfast to use in my next pot of pinto beans. The crumbled bacon adds wonderful flavor to my recipe, which starts with dried red pinto beans. I usually serve them with catfish, coleslaw and hush puppies for a satisfying meal. —Linda Black, Little Rock, Arkansas
