“I modified this old family Key Lime Cheesecake recipe so it uses healthier ingredients,” says Darlene Kohler of Flower Mound, Texas. “The texture is so smooth and light. It’s a favorite dessert that everyone enjoys.”
Warmer weather calls for a lighter dessert like these Springtime Strawberry Bars. The recipe makes a big batch, so it’s perfect for company.
“I’ve been told that this Lemon Meringue Angel Cake tastes exactly like a lemon meringue pie and that it’s the best angel food cake anyone could ask for,” shares Sharon Kurtz of Emmaus, Pennsylvania. “I’m not sure about all of that, but it is delightful to serve, and each slice is virtually fat free.”
