It's nice to make just one sandwich that generously feeds six people. Jumbo Greek Sub from the Taste of Home Test Kitchen is easy to transport to a tailgate party or potluck.
Heather Sandberg of Waukesha, Wisconsin tucks a chocolate-covered peppermint patty into every one of these rich Chocolate Mint Delights. The drizzle on top adds a nice touch. "I revised a brownie recipe to create these take-along treats," says Heather.
If you're taking this marinated veggie salad to a picnic, our Test Kitchen recommends simply placing it in a covered plastic container. Then pop Dressed-Up Vegetable Salad into your cooler for easy transporting.
"I first made this alternative to a submarine sandwich for a party," says Susanne Ebersol from Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvania. "Savory Sandwich Ring looks appetizing and tastes great! Now it's a mainstay on my menu plan for gatherings or when my family is tired of ordinary meat-and-cheese sandwiches."
Created by our Test Kitchen, these fun sandwiches are sure to be greeted with smiles. Serve Chocolate Fluffernutter Sandwiches with sliced bananas and a glass of milk for a snack or even lunch.
