2 packages (16 ounces each) coleslaw mix
1 container (1/2 pint or 8 ounces)  heavy whipping cream
2 pounds (about 16 potatoes) small red potatoes
1 package (24 ounces) yellow cornmeal
4 catfish fillets (6 ounces each)
