1 pound of fresh mushrooms
4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick and 4 ounces each)
1 package (3.5 ounces) pepperoni
1 jar (26 ounces) marinara or spaghetti sauce
1 box (16 ounces) orzo pasta
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 package (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 container (8 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
