Zucchini & Tomato Saute Recipe

- 3 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1. In a large skillet, saute zucchini and onion in butter until tender. Add the tomatoes, garlic salt and pepper; saute 1-2 minutes longer or until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
3/4 cup equals 88 calories, 6 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 15 mg cholesterol, 512 mg sodium, 8 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 3 g protein.
