- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Divide into four portions; place in Ziploc® Fresh Shield® Twist ‘n Loc® Containers. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before using. Yield: 4 portions.
