- 1 pound fresh or frozen sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a skillet, bring peas and water to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes or until tender; drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until well-coated. Yield: 4 servings.
