Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, poached
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup process cheese sauce, melted
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Nutritional Facts

1 each: 318 calories, 18g fat (8g saturated fat), 445mg cholesterol, 954mg sodium, 18g carbohydrate (4g sugars, 3g fiber), 19g protein .

Directions

  1. Place two eggs on each slice of toast. Top with cheese sauce and salsa. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
