Zesty Ham and Cheese Muffins Recipe

Zesty Ham and Cheese Muffins Recipe

I developed this recipe and it has become a favorite of my mother's. I often make a batch for the two of us to share. The muffins are great for brunch or an on-the-go breakfast. —Julie Hess, Lititz, Pennsylvania

"If I make these again I will leave out the Velveeta (doesn't shred!). Would also try baking them at a lower temp. 450 burns the tops and dries them out a bit."

MY REVIEW

"My family really enjoyed these muffins! I used a little less cheese (I left out the Velveeta) and fresh herbs instead of dried. My husband enjoyed them with some homemade peach jam on top."
