Wisconsin Cheddar-Cider Spread
Real aged sharp cheddar pairs well with sweet apple cider. Serve this as a spread with apple wedges and crackers. Or place on bread and broil for excellent open-faced sandwiches.Wolfgang Hanau, West Palm Beach, Florida
