"My husband, Jimmy, and I created the recipe for this creamy, versatile sauce," says field editor Ruth Marie Lyons of Boulder, Colorado. "I like to serve it over pasta and cooked vegetables...or draped on turkey, chicken, shrimp or tuna."

"The sauce was excellent the first time I made it with parmesan chicken. I also add to this sauce medium shirmp, onions, frozen peas served over angle hair pasta. Love the sauce!"

"I did not like this sauce at all. It may be very healthy but does not have very good flavor."

"I used this condiment in place of a gravy over chicken. I added fresh sliced mushrooms (button).

I'm very pleased with the way it turned out, and the flavor was right on!"
