"I tried this because we had a watermelon that we could not eat fast enough.

It was very refreshing.
I used lime flavored sparkling water (we were out of gingerale) and the taste was great.
My husband asked for it a second time.
This is a great way to get your daily fruit. :)"

"Its summer so there is lots of watermelon around. Its an interesting drink. My toddler really liked it. I thought it was okay. Very easy to make 3 ingredients all into a blender. Simple cleanup and a good way to get more fluids in him. I would make it again if he asked me but the mint & ginger ale didn't quite go together I thought."
