Watermelon Cooler Recipe
- 1 cup ginger ale, chilled
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon, frozen
- 1. In a blender, cover and process ginger ale and mint for 15 seconds or until finely chopped. Add watermelon; cover and process until slushy. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

"I tried this because we had a watermelon that we could not eat fast enough.It was very refreshing.I used lime flavored sparkling water (we were out of gingerale) and the taste was great.My husband asked for it a second time.This is a great way to get your daily fruit. :)"
"Its summer so there is lots of watermelon around. Its an interesting drink. My toddler really liked it. I thought it was okay. Very easy to make 3 ingredients all into a blender. Simple cleanup and a good way to get more fluids in him. I would make it again if he asked me but the mint & ginger ale didn't quite go together I thought."
