Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 8 servings.
