  • 2 cups walnut halves, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Whole wheat bread slices, toasted
  • Apricot preserves, optional
  • Brie cheese, optional

Directions
