Walking Salad Recipe
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 medium apple, cored
- 1. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, raisins and honey. Spoon into center of apple. Yield: 1 serving.
1 serving (1 each) equals 301 calories, 17 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 151 mg sodium, 35 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 9 g protein.

"Ingenious idea. However, it can be a little messy to eat, so make sure you wipe all filling off the apple when you make it. Next time I think I'll add some minced celery."
