  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped apple
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans

Nutritional Facts

1 cup: 145 calories, 4g fat (0 saturated fat), 2mg cholesterol, 196mg sodium, 29g carbohydrate (23g sugars, 4g fiber), 2g protein.


  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey and vinegar. Stir in the broccoli, apple, raisins and pecans. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 2 servings.

"I added dried cranberries instead of raisins... yummy and simple to make"

"I liked the combination of apples and broccoli along with the nuts and raisin. The honey was a nice touch as well. I did wonder if it should have some seasoning, but I'm not sure what."
