Voter's Favorite Float Recipe

TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 10 min. YIELD:8 servings
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 quarts apple cider or juice
- Ground nutmeg
- 1. In each of eight chilled glasses, place 1/2 cup of ice cream. Add 1 cup of cider to each; sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings.
