Vinegar Noodles Recipe

I WORK in a beauty salon, and one of my clients shared this recipe with me many years ago. The name of this dish intrigued me, so I gave it a try. It's a refreshing summer favorite, and now, it goes hand in hand with barbecue at our house. -Jeanette Fuehring, Concordia, Missouri

I make a huge batch for summer BBQs. And I am frequently asked for the recipe.

I have doubled, tripled, and quadrupled this recipe. It is tasty and goes with so many things that no matter how much I make, it disappears.

This is an excellent recipe that compliments many of our summertime meals. We prepare them often, especially with another Taste of Home recipe, Italian Sloppy Joes.
