Vanilla Frosting Recipe
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a bowl, combine the sugar, butter, milk and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Spread over bread. Yield: 1 cups.
Enjoy this recipe with a sweet white wine such as Moscato or a sweet Riesling.

For those that had problems with this recipe. When you are adding powdered sugar to any recipe (even flour) you should add slowly only adding more when it is incorporated. Add only part of the milk with each addition of sugar. If it gets too thick add more milk at a rate of 1/8 teaspoon at a time. If you need thicker icing/frosting for decoration then make the mixture thicker. This is a basic recipe for more buttercream icing/frosting.
The worst. I recomend not using this I am pist off becuase I now have 3 min to get a new recipe do not use this it's not frosting
I totaly screwed up the megerments and it still worked!!!!

this tasted really good just right amount of everything
