An aromatic chai is comfort in a cup. It’s extra special with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and a sprinkling of ground allspice on top. The whipped cream can be made a couple of hours in advance; keep it covered in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen
