  • 2 packages (6 ounces each) cherry or raspberry gelatin
  • 2-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix

Nutritional Facts

1 each: 113 calories, 1g fat (1g saturated fat), 3mg cholesterol, 187mg sodium, 25g carbohydrate (23g sugars, 0 fiber), 2g protein.


  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; set aside for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix until smooth, about 1 minute. Quickly pour into gelatin; whisk until well blended. Pour into an oiled 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Chill until set. Cut into cubes or use a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Yield: 8-10 servings.

"My three y/o grandson enjoyed the Valentine jigglers. My daughter liked them as well and we discussed lime jello on St Paddy's Day and peach jello for spring/easter. We plan to use the receipe again, although I thought it was a lot of jello and it was certainly "stiff". I used sugar free jello."

"This was WONDERFUL in so many ways. I used the raspberry jello along with the vanilla pudding and they came out PERFECT! They set so nicely, "jiggled" perfectly..I have several different sizes of hearts so they turned out so cute. We added dollops of whipped cream and different kinds of Valentine sprinkles. My family and neighbors loved them. What a great combination..both the jello and pudding. A 4 year old could make this without messing it up. So easy and the flavor was sooooo good! Thanks so much for sharing a recipe that I will make over and over again. It's impossible to screw this one up! Can't wait to try your other recipes!"

"That is why we have recipes, so that we get a good product. When different items are substituted, they havent been tried and then you are on your own as to if the product will be an acceptable product or not. I do substitute also and when I do, I understand that my product may not be the best it could be. Obviously this product should not be made with sugar free jello/pudding,unless some adjustments are made."

"I made the cut outs with sugar free jello and sugar free pudding. They were watery and left an awful aftertaste. Not sure if I will try them with the regular pudding and jello."

"I made them and they tasted really good, cut well with the cookie cutters but when I tried picking them up, they were too soft and broke. I used sugar free jello and pudding so maybe this made a difference. I would make it again and put in pudding cups and top with cool whip and a cherry on top and have a great dessert just not in cute shapes."
