Because this starts with a cake mix, this is a fast and easy dessert to make. Plus, it uses up your ripe bananas and tastes great!—Lois Schlickau, Haven, Kansas

"My boyfriend has to be Gluten-Free. Which is not only challenging but can make family functions hard for him.. I used a GF cake mix and it came out GREAT!!! Everyone thought it was the real deal."

"This was tastey when first eaten. Leftovers aren't! The bananas get hard and it's just not appetizing anymore. I rather use pineapple. They work better when re-heated or refrigerated."
