Tuna Cheese Spread Recipe
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- Dash salt
- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
- Bread or crackers
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Stir in tuna. Serve with bread or crackers. Yield: 2 cups.
1/4 cup: 177 calories, 16g fat (7g saturated fat), 40mg cholesterol, 213mg sodium, 1g carbohydrate (1g sugars, 0 fiber), 8g protein.

"it tasted very good. i have a similar receipe i do use a whole bar of cream cheese(full fat) i use two cans of tuna and i put a can of deviled ham spread. i also put mayo. i put all the ingredients in the food processor until it reaches a spreading constiency. you can have it with bread or crackers."
