Reviews for Triple Fudge Brownies
"Extremely easy! This is pretty tasty, but the name "brownie" doesn't fit. The texture is soft (we love fudgy brownies!), but a bit spongy rather than fudgy and dense. You can also taste the pudding. Easy chocolate pudding bars would be a more fitting name."
"I'm with lisamarie98sorry to be negative but nope, consistency ALL wrongflavor was in question, very one notetexture not correctfell apart as nothing to hold them togethera chocolate bunch of goo, do you use fork or spoon or?sorry to say waste of ingredients, but, live&learn"
"These ended up very gooey and moist, couldn't hardly pick one up to eat it. They were also very sticky. The flavor was ok, but I won't make them again."
"Wonderful!!!! Everyone loved these. quick, easy, and inexpensive!"
"Fran----Best brownies ever!!!"
"Try this recipe with spice cake, butterscotch pudding and butterscotch chips. Very good. Also, use one cup chopped nuts and one cup chips and try peppermint or peanut butter chips for a different flavor."
"I need on any brownie a little frosting, so i just made a quick one by melting 2 sqs or dark chocolate and a little butter then added powdered sugar and a little cream and called it done. Oh my, between my Mom and myself we ate almost the entire pan over the weekend! Cannot just stop at one! Yummy will make again and again and again....."
"I am a mother of two teenagers and a high school teacher. This is the most requested brownie recipe by my own kids and my high school kids!"
"I couldn't believe how easy this was! Great with a scoop of ice cream."
"I agree with conshanty - this is not really a brownie. While it tastes good and everyone at my husband's work loved them, they are too moist to eat as a bar, you need a plate and fork. And they don't taste like brownies; brownies have their own distinctive flavor."
"This are so rich, sweet, and gooey. A chocolate lover's dream. There are so easy to make and taste like traditional brownies."
"Just OK. Decent taste, but somewhat artificial tasting. Moist, but more sticky and pasty, rather than gooey or fudgy. My son said it was good, but didn't really qualify as a brownie. I'll stick to my regular recipe."
"I made these to take to a church picnic. They tasted great but were much gooier than the picture - I think I'll halve the amount of choc chips next time. This is a terrific recipe for a party or potluck - very easy and the brownies come out moist and tender. I used one of these new-fangeled double-bottom baking sheets, lined with a new Reynolds Wrap product which is foil on one side and parchment paper on the other so I didn't have to grease my new pan, which came with its own lid - perfect!"
"I have made this recipe lots of times...with some changes..being diabetic i use sugar free cook & serve pudding,,,stir in a sugar free chocolate cake mix while pudding is hot pour into prepared pan..sprinkle 1/2 c choc chips and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts over top and bake...these changes will cut the calorie-carb-sodium numbers almost in half...Supatina"
"These did not turn out as expected, too dry and dense for my taste, and not fudgy."
"Incredible, who would have thought a recipe this easy would be so delicious?? If you don't bake anything else, this should be your "go to" speciality. Yum!"
"Just wanted to say that I have made these brownies MANY times and I requests for them all the time. They are simple to make and I usually have the ingredients in the pantry. I do sometimes reduce the chocolate chips just a bit (I am not a chocolate lover myself) and sometimes add walnuts. Have never added ice cream though! This recipe gets passed on to many! Enjoy!"
"I make mine Quadruple chocolate by frosting them with choc fudge frosting."
"I have made this recipe many times. I have sometimes cut the choc chips in half & it was equally good!!!"
"Wow. SO EASY! Taste awesome!"
"Very good. I add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee to the pudding for even more chocolate flavor."
"This recipe is so easy and they are the BEST browies my family has ever had!"
"These are so easy & delicious . I make them with Devil's Food pudding and Devil's Food cake mix & my children love them."
