Ingredients

  • 5 cups torn mixed greens
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Nutritional Facts

1 cup: 257 calories, 25g fat (3g saturated fat), 3mg cholesterol, 660mg sodium, 6g carbohydrate (3g sugars, 2g fiber), 3g protein.

Directions

  1. In a salad bowl, toss the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Yield: 6 servings.
